Every community has its own way of supporting families. HUGS-PRO is turning this diversity into an opportunity for learning.
The project brings together organisations with different experiences and expertise to identify what works, compare approaches and translate valuable local knowledge into a shared training pathway for Voluntary Support Workers.
The goal is not to create a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, HUGS-PRO is developing a framework that can be adapted to different social and cultural contexts while maintaining a common European quality standard. In this way, local experience can become knowledge that travels beyond borders.
